Spring Rental for 4-6 weeks only, and then it becomes a winter rental from Sept. 2024-May 2025. There are Awesome River views from your 2nd floor deck and balcony, and a 2 block walk to the ocean beaches of Humarock. On the first floor, there's a living room, bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Here you will find a wrap around deck with out door seating, a grill, and outstanding views of the South River. The secluded yard has a fire pit and borders a small pond. The pond is at the end of a paper road, for privacy. An Ocean Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Walk to near by restaurants and gift shops. May and June are the best kept secret months to stay in Humarock, when the weather is perfect and it's not too hot yet!
